Business meetings

We have 3 well appointed meeting conference rooms which can be hired exclusively and independently from the everyday golfing activities of the rest of the clubhouse. easily accessible from the Al, ml & A14 with ample FREE parking. Self catering holiday cottages adjacent to the venue provide the perfect solution for overnight guests. All our function rooms have a warm and comfortable ambiance that comes from extensive use of re-claimed architectural materials, giving each space its own unique character.

For all meetings we offer Free WiFi, flip chart and the use of a projector and screen for a nominal fee.

Refreshments can be purchased independently from our bar menu, anyone wishing to bring their own lunch are also welcome.

Meeting room seating

Welham Hall has extensive views of the golf course through its beautiful windows that were salvaged from Welham Hall in Hatfield. It can seat approx 80 people in theatre style and measures 92 sq metres.

Our Bridge bar originated from the Old bridge Hotel in Bedford measures 45 sq metres and can be used for smaller meetings of around 30 people in theatre style seating.

The Bassingbourne features eye-catching wooden floors reclaimed from Bassingbourn barracks near Royston. At a similar size to Welham hall, it can also seat 80 in theatre style arrangement.
