Hours: 9:30am – 6:00pm (Summer) / 8:30am – 5:00pm (Winter)
We’re looking for a confident and supportive Weekend Clubhouse Supervisor to help lead our team during busy weekend shifts.
You’ll be working alongside our developing team members—often students or those in the early stages of their working lives—helping the team stay calm and clear-headed during busy periods, and then encouraging them to stay focused and proactive when things quieten down. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards, guiding the team through the ebb and flow of the day while keeping service smooth and welcoming for golfers and visitors alike. As a hands-on supervisor, you’ll also be involved in the day-to-day running of the clubhouse, including clearing tables, taking bookings, and supporting our café service, helping to keep everything running smoothly.
