£950/week (less than £80/person based on 12 people sharing)
To increase to: £975 from April 1st
Weekend Break:
£720 (Fri 2pm – Sun 10am)
To increase to £730 from April 1st
Extra Nights: £170
Ground floor- 2 bedrooms, shower room and separate 2nd shower, fully equipped kitchen/living area with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, TV, Video and 1 sofa bed if required.
1st floor- 3 bedrooms, bathroom and 2nd toilet.

Bookings & Cancellation Policy
- 25% deposit upon booking.
- Full balance due 30 days prior to stay.
Refunds
- 6 weeks notice deposit will be refunded less £25 to cover administration cost.
- Less than 6 weeks’ notice we shall hold the full deposit.
- Less than 4 weeks, if no alternative booking can be found 25% booking cost will be refunded.
