Our well-equipped self-catering cottages are set in rural Bedfordshire but still only minutes away from major routes: A1, M1, A14, and the A6

We would like to point out; the cottages are very close to the lakeside so parents must take extra care to keep children safe.

Dogs

Allowed in Cottage 1 only.
£25 per dog.
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.
£50 refundable deposit will be held to secure against possible damage/extra cleaning requirements.

The cottages over look the lakes and the 12th green and are an attractive get away venue for a number of different visitors:

Golfers – we can cater for groups of 2-24 people who are interested in a golf-based holiday from a short weekend to a week or even longer.
Families or groups wishing to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life for a relaxing break in the country.
Overseas visitors wanting a central yet tranquil base to visit attractions like Cambridge, Northampton, Peterborough, Milton Keynes, Stevenage, and the capital London – all within an hours travel. An ideal base for London 2012 Olympics.
Companies such as builders, shop fitters and film crews with employees working short term in the local area have found our accommodation to be cost effective and comfortable saving them a long commute.
Temporary accommodation for those moving house.
